Third time’s a charm!

This week, we proudly hosted our third annual Standards Digital Day(s) in a sunny Oslo bringing together industry leaders, partners, and colleagues to explore the future of standardization, AI, and digital innovation.

 

Day 1 Highlights — Monday, September 22

• A warm welcome from our CEO, Hans Arne Rykkelid, setting the stage for the days ahead

• A forward-looking keynote on the Future of Standardization by guest speaker Jennifer Vessels

• Great discussions and powerful insights on AI & Standards, inviting ideas and collaboration from our CTO, Tomm Knudsen

  
  

🍽️ We wrapped up Day 1 with a great dinner, beautiful views, and even better conversations at RESTAURANT STRANDEN 30.

 

Day 2 Highlights — Tuesday, September 23

• Opening remarks from Jacob Mehus, CEO of Standard Norge, and Olav Kalve, Chairman of the Board at Standards Digital

As Jacob put it:

From there, participants joined two workshop rounds to dive into five practical topics:

• Enhancing customer experience for accessing digital products 

• Using AI to boost your content 

• Leveraging the flexibility of XML to create innovative products

• Managing and using metadata to digitalize repetitive and manual workflows

• Full digital content lifecycle with SD products – from creation to seamless delivery

  
  

🍕 As tradition would have it, we closed the event in the best way, pizza, before everyone headed to the airport and back home. A relaxed ending to two intense and rewarding days!
