Strategy kick off in Riga

Two days in Riga that truly reminded us why meeting in person still matters!

Despite −18°C temperatures 🥶 we went to Riga this week for a management workshop and the launch of our new group strategy — bringing together colleagues from Standard Norge, our Latvian team, and many of us who normally collaborate only through screens. While it was freezing outside, the atmosphere throughout the days was warm, open, and energising 💙 

The strategy launch was streamed from Oslo, with two-way interaction, proving that technology connects us well – but also highlighting how powerful it is to actually meet face to face. Conversations flow differently, relationships grow faster, and collaboration becomes more real when you finally share the same room 🤝 

A great few days of alignment, connection, and shared direction.
